Advisor 2 HSE PDC

Coordinate with area HSE Leadership and HSE team to ensure a consistent, yet effective, approach to HSE responsibilities while adhering to current best practices. Promote a risk-based approach to HSE management utilizing Company policies, standards, and processes for all operational activities. Plan, participate, and complete HSE audits/reviews of drilling operations in assigned areas to ensure implementation and compliance with HSE requirements, including safety and environmental assessments and inspections of records, equipment, and facilities. Mentor and coach teams in job-planning activities (PTW, JRA, hazard recognition) and drive safety initiatives. Provide HSE policy guidance and interpretation, and lead improvements to policies, practices, and processes while promoting employee engagement in HSE activities. Support development and communication of safety/environmental policies, provide expertise in incident investigations, and assist in identifying root causes and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with HSE training and facilitate hazard awareness training and safety coaching during field operations and site visits. Maintain reporting systems for HSE performance data, conduct case management with third-party medical recommendations, and follow up on drills and PTEN Path adherence. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma/GED and 2 years in an HSE role with at least 1 year in drilling, plus a valid driver’s license. The role involves working in office locations and outdoors in varied conditions, occasional manual labor, and extended schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
