Job Summary
Advisor 1, Car Care Customer Service & Sales role at AAA Club Alliance. Greet customers, answer calls, schedule appointments, review repairs with customers, explain deviations from estimates, assign work to shop technicians, assist with warranty repairs, coordinate towing/alternative transportation as needed, monitor inspection dates, and remind customers about recommended service intervals. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, automotive knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the repair process in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge of automotive technology
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, support team, and technicians
