Job Summary
Lead advising services for the Fermanian School of Business, providing leadership and operational oversight for graduate and traditional undergraduate advising, coordinating scheduling and waitlists, creating individualized course plans, supporting student success and retention, generating reports on enrollment and student progress, and collaborating with faculty, staff, and campus partners. Responsibilities include advising complex cases, transfer planning, petitions, study abroad approvals, independent studies, and maintaining advising documentation and resources. The role requires strong data analysis, communication, and project-management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a demonstrated commitment to diversity and student-centered service. Travel between multiple educational sites is part of the role.
