Job Summary
Advise on legislation, evaluate and manage contracts, and support corporate governance structures while handling claims and disputes. Coordinate with HR, Compliance, and Risk to collectively solve complex legal and risk questions across business, labor, and corporate law. Manage insurance portfolios and focus on risk prevention through standardized processes and shared knowledge. Work in a hybrid setup within a short-line organization known for an open culture and strong internal collaboration.
Required Qualifications
