Job Summary
Develop strategic cybersecurity visions and design security frameworks, architectures, and policies aligned with organizational risks. Lead security awareness programs to maintain staff vigilance against cyber threats and conduct risk analyses and security audits to identify vulnerabilities. Guide compliance trajectories for ISO27001, NIS2, and DORA while collaborating with executive leadership, auditors, and IT teams to translate security strategies into actionable measures. Requires minimum three years of advisory experience, relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CEH), and strong communication skills. Full-time role (36 hours/week) with a salary starting at €6,000, offering a pension scheme, 25 vacation days, and a €3,500 annual study budget.
Required Qualifications
- minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Adviseur Informatiebeveiliging of CISO
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau
- CISSP, CISM, CRISC of CEH certificering (of bereidheid om dit te behalen)
- diepgaande kennis van security governance en risicomanagement
- kennis van frameworks zoals ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework en de NCSC-richtlijnen
- effectieve toepassing van kennis van frameworks
- grondige kennis van regelgeving zoals AVG, NIS2, DORA en andere relevante wetgeving
- communicatief sterk
- kennis en ervaring op een of meerdere expertisegebieden
