Job Summary
Conduct negotiations and agreements with farmers, municipalities, and individuals regarding land purchases, swaps, or leases to ensure water management objectives are met. Draft contracts and oversee legal, financial, and sustainable aspects of land acquisition while managing project land and acquisition processes. Optimize land management procedures and adhere to policy frameworks and regulations. Collaborate within a six-person advisory team under the guidance of a senior advisor, utilizing flexibility in daily scheduling to complete work.
Required Qualifications
- Hbo-werk en denkniveau
- Ervaring in grondzaken, grondverwerving en/of vastgoed
- Geregistreerd rentmeester – of bereid de rentmeesteropleiding te volgen
- Raakvlakken met de vakgebieden planologie of bedrijfskunde met een vastgoedcomponent
- Weet hoe je opereert in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving en past je communicatie en aanpak daar vanzelfsprekend op aan
