Job Summary

Provide efficient, accurate administrative support by managing tasks within an admin queue, processing work across multiple internal systems, and ensuring outputs meet high quality and compliance standards. Requires 3+ years of experience maintaining records, performing compliance checks, policy and process verifications, approvals, rejections, and escalations, with specific experience in Account Opening & Maintenance, Consumer and Business Banking verifications, and strong client relationship management within a financial services context. Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Commerce
  • 3+ years experience maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across multiple systems
  • Experience performing compliance, policy, and process checks; executing workflow steps including verifications, approvals, rejections, and escalations
  • Experience in Account Opening & Maintenance; Consumer Banking and Business Banking verification
  • Client Relationship Management and Collaboration
  • Ability to provide efficient, accurate administrative support in an admin queue environment
  • Ability to meet high quality and compliance standards
