Advise TX Career Adviser - Office of Admissions (Houston Location)

Provide one-on-one admissions and financial aid advice to high school students and families seeking assistance. As a career adviser with Advise Texas, assist students to plan, apply and enroll in colleges, and organize group sessions that encourage families to consider, plan for and apply to colleges. Advise students at one-on-one meetings, presentations, group events and college fairs and visits; establish productive relationships with principals, counselors, and teachers in the assigned high school; assist in the efforts of other Advise Texas Career Advisors within the service area; maintain expertise in admissions and financial-aid planning. Travel may be required for programs and events. Bilingual-Spanish preferred.
