Job Summary
Advertising Sales Representative responsible for negotiating high-value media deals, expanding the strategic media partner network, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. Role requires close collaboration with sales, operations, and client management teams, onboarding a minimum of 10 new media partners quarterly, delivering high ROI through our barter model, and achieving KPIs for deal value, partner growth, and client satisfaction. Must drive quarterly negotiated value of R25M+ and maintain a 75%+ deal conversion rate, while fostering long-term relationships and timely campaign delivery in a hybrid Johannesburg-based setup.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years in high-level media negotiation, planning, or strategic roles within the media or advertising industry
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million Rand negotiation or sales targets
- Negotiation excellence with portfolio of successful, high-value deals
- Industry knowledge across TV, radio, OOH, digital, and print media platforms with a strong network in the South African media landscape
