Job Summary
Coordinate ASC approval process for advertising campaigns in the Philippines; manage reviews with clients, creative, accounts, and legal to ensure all materials meet ASC regulations; establish timelines and workflows for ASC submissions, maintain tracking and documentation of approvals, provide training and guidelines to teams, and act as main liaison between clients and ASC. Requires strong project management, exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of ASC regulations and advertising compliance is essential; familiarity with AI tools is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of ASC regulations (experience in ASC submission is a plus)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or compliance is an advantage
- Strong presentation and coordination skills with clients, creatives, accounts, and legal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge in Photoshop/editing is a plus
- Interest in AI and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial
