Job Summary
Coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns sold by the sales team, managing tasks, deadlines, and administrative functions post-contract. Monitor ongoing activities and internal communications to ensure on-time campaign delivery while informing Account Executives and customers of current status. Coordinate artwork approvals, panel locations in "to be determined" situations, and installation proof of performance data. Resolve campaign problems by investigating issues, identifying solutions, and notifying managers and clients. Obtain client approval on artwork and compile data accurately in a deadline-driven environment. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Requires excellent English command, Microsoft Office proficiency, and high-level interpersonal skills to handle confidential situations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work authorization not requiring sponsorship
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail applications
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
- Ability to timely and accurately enter and compile data
- Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to meet deadlines
- High level of organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness
- Strong written (Email) and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with a systematic approach to detail-oriented work
- Ability to work independently and act on own initiative
- Problem solving
- 2 years of related experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or administrative roles
- Experience in data management and Gmail
