Job Summary
Lead/instruct individuals or groups on activities (kayaking, canoeing, fishing, archery, axe throwing, skeet shooting, etc.), briefing participants about safety and logistics; clean, maintain, and prepare equipment; supervise members or youth and families to ensure a healthy, safe, and memorable experience; execute day-to-day activities; facilitate positive group relationships and address conflict constructively; practice safety standards on property and activity spaces; maintain a clean, organized workspace; deliver high-quality programs and customer service; active outdoors all day in varying weather; lead/instruct at Sports Courts (pickleball, paddle, tennis, basketball); oversee activities at Discovery Field (Baseball, Football, Soccer, Lacrosse);18+ years old, High School diploma or GED, able to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends; prior experience in sports/outdoor activities and leadership roles preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Minimum 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
