Adventure & Sports Instructor

Adventure & Sports Instructor responsible for leading and instructing individuals or groups in activities such as kayaking, canoeing, fishing, archery, axe throwing, and skeet shooting within the Outdoor Pursuits Department. Duties include safety briefings, equipment preparation and maintenance, supervising members and families to ensure a healthy, safe, and memorable experience, facilitating positive group dynamics, delivering high-quality programs, and providing excellent customer service. Must be willing to be active outdoors all day, in variable weather, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; requires a high school diploma or GED, minimum age 18, and ability to work in a team. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour for full-time employment.
