Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory while maintaining quality and delivery readiness through washing, detailing, and charging. Manage vehicle logistics including lot organization, shuttling vehicles, and secure key management, adhering to 5S principles to keep the service center clean and safe. Assist technicians with basic repairs, focusing on Pre-Delivery Inspection tasks and Express Lane work under direct supervision. Participate in the TRAIL program for guided technical training and professional growth, completing Rivian Learning Network modules to prepare for a long-term career as a Service Technician. Provide cross-functional support as needed to ensure overall site success.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Possess a valid driver's license
- No driving-related suspensions or revocation of Driver's License (within a 3-5 year period)
- Ability to work a flexible 40-hour week
- Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physical exertion capability (sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to see, read, and interpret documents such as governmental regulations, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions or schematics
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized high school equivalency credential
- Previous technical experience (e.g. automotive repair, mechanical maintenance, or electrical work)
- Experience in an adjacent technical industry (e.g. aviation, HVAC, or manufacturing)
- A strong desire to learn

- A passion for working with your hands
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
