Adventure Center Associate

Conduct guided tours, nature walks, and bike excursions while curating engaging outdoor experiences and interpretive history sessions. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the adventure center, retail store, and winter activities center per daily checklists. Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for resort activities, local history, and the natural environment by delivering intuitive, personalized service consistent with Forbes-level standards. Process transactions efficiently, assist with group requests, and act as a first responder for incidents while adhering to safety policies. Ensure clear information about Jasper and available activities is shared with guests and visitors.
