Job Summary
Conduct primary care internal medicine in an established outpatient clinic with a growing patient population. Deliver 32-36 patient contact hours weekly across a Monday-Friday schedule, with an option for a four-day work week. Manage additional coverage opportunities in Urgent Care if desired. Maintain compliance with BC/BE certification, Oregon licensure, and hospital medical staff credentialing standards. Adhere to mandatory vaccination requirements including measles, mumps, flu, and COVID-19 protocols, with medical or religious exemptions where applicable. Required Qualifications
- Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine, MD/DO)
- BC/BE
- Oregon licensed or eligible
- Meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards
- Receive all required vaccinations, including, but not limited to, measles, mumps, flu, COVID-19 vaccine or the option of COVID-19 vaccine or weekly testing
