Job Summary
Seeking a Sustain PM Engineering role focused on lifecycle management of mass-produced products, handling EOL and PCN changes, and leading end-to-end processes from alternative part qualification and validation planning to ECO/ECOM system deployment, coordinating RD (EE/ME/SE), CE, and PM teams, securing testing samples and system resources, and ensuring production continuity and quality. Responsibilities include managing EOL/PCN notices, tracking substitute parts progress and risks, defining validation needs, proposing test plans to internal or external labs, coordinating samples and test systems, and driving BOM updates and technical documentation for ECO/ECOM implementation. Requires cross-functional collaboration, structured thinking, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, electrical, electronics, information or related disciplines (preferred)
- Hardware product development experience or Sustain PM, Component Engineer, or hardware project management experience (preferred)
