AdvantaFlex Extrusion Operator

Sets up, operates, changes over, and shuts down extrusion equipment within the department correctly and efficiently, following the production schedule and using both paper-based and electronic systems to track finished goods, materials, scrap, and production time. Troubleshoots and corrects quality-related defects in products, adheres to FIFO for materials, maintains accurate lot information, follows Good Documentation Practices, uses PPE, follows cleanroom gowning procedures, and supports 5S initiatives; performs routine tasks under supervision and contributes to safe, compliant manufacturing operations.
