Conduct standard customer service activities, handle simple inquiries, and receive visitors while referring complex matters to colleagues. Interview customers using multilevel sales scripts to clarify requirements, make calls to potential customers for relationship development, and provide a first point of contact for queries and complaints. Assess compliance with established standards, ensure basic customer data accuracy in the system, and input sales data into spreadsheets. Follow mandatory procedures to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal conduct standards. Identify potential customers through referrals and recommendations, then balance stakeholder interests and build networks both inside and outside the company.
