Job Summary

Manage enrollment, development, and communications programs to support the school's mission and resource goals. Plan and execute student recruitment, retention, and fundraising initiatives including annual giving, major gifts, and the Freeman Endowment. Coordinate marketing efforts, manage volunteer engagement, and oversee database planning for alumni and prospects. Handle tuition collection, financial aid disbursement, and donor stewardship while maintaining professional standards for print and digital communications. Report enrollment data, support faculty events, and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Work full-time, 35 hours per week, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional weekend availability for galas and event preparation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience in a parochial or not-for-profit environment
  • Experience in enrollment management, development, sales, marketing, communication, and/or volunteer management
  • Ability to appreciate and communicate a passion for Catholic elementary education
  • Demonstrated leadership and effectiveness in developing and accomplishing organizational goals
  • Ability to build a team, effectively recruiting and managing volunteers
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute strategic plans
  • Ability to interact confidently and effectively with school staff, students, donors, trustees, school administration, the media and alumni
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and the Internet
  • Clear records of Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (PATCH)
  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse History check
  • Federal Bureau of Investigation Criminal Background Fingerprint Check
  • Attendance at the online Protecting God's Children class
  • Mandated Reporter Training
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and stoop
  • Ability to talk and hear, both in person and by telephone
  • Use of hands to perform standard classroom duties and use office equipment
  • Visual acuity for preparing and analyzing written or computer data
  • Hearing required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels
  • May be required to work beyond normal working hours and weekends for meetings, preparation for events, and galas

Desired Qualifications
