Job Summary
Coordinate fundraising strategies as part of ONFE's Advancement team, cultivate and sustain donor relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, manage donor records in CRM/donor platforms, develop donor recognition programs, plan and execute fundraising events, generate regular fundraising insights and reports, and collaborate with program teams to align funding needs; this role supports a hybrid work environment in Ottawa with occasional evenings/weekends and requires a post-secondary degree, donor-management experience, and bilingual communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline
- 2-3 years of event management experience, preferably in fundraising
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in fundraising and/or marketing
- Experience using donor management software
- Satisfactory Police Record Check
- Driver’s license and access to a reliable motor vehicle
- Fluency in English and French (strong asset)
