Job Summary
Advancement Coordinator within the Philanthropic Strategy Team provides administrative and operational support to one or more school/initiative-focused teams. Key responsibilities include managing dashboards, tracking task execution across UA teams, coordinating leadership travel logistics and donor materials, preparing briefing materials, and facilitating post-meeting follow-up steps. The role requires attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, advanced computer skills, ability to handle confidential information, and capacity to work under deadlines while multi-tasking. The position supports donor strategy execution and collaboration with the Dean’s office, and involves internal coordination, intranet presence, MS Teams management, and cross-team collaboration to advance fundraising progress for top prospects and dean visits.
Required Qualifications

- Relevant experience (3 years)
