Job Summary
Coordinate fundraising events from planning through execution, managing logistics, vendors, and communications while supporting donor stewardship and sponsorship fulfillment. Assist with grant administration, reporting, and outcome tracking, and maintain accurate donor records within CRM systems. Recruit and coordinate volunteers for organizational initiatives and community partnerships. Collaborate with staff, board members, and community stakeholders to advance resource development goals. Primarily daylight hours with occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, event management, hospitality, or a related field
- One to three years of experience in event planning, fundraising, project coordination, community engagement, or a related field
- Experience working in a nonprofit environment
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
