Job Summary
Coordinate scheduling of departmental meetings and events, maintain online calendars, and manage the Chief Advancement Officer's schedule. Provide administrative support for Advancement Directors, including volunteer management and special projects for fundraising, stewardship, and communications. Assist with donor research, report preparation, and Raiser's Edge database maintenance while managing the departmental budget and tracking expenses. Receive visitors, screen calls, route mail, and coordinate travel arrangements. Flexibility to assist with evening and weekend events is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant professional experience in administration, operations, customer service, education, nonprofit, or related fields
- Strong work ethic and commitment to the School's mission
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite applications and Google Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Highly motivated and inherently proactive
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM software; Raiser's Edge preferred
