Job Summary
The part-time Advancement Administrative Associate is responsible for managing the donor database, processing gifts, preparing acknowledgment letters, and generating reports for the school's Advancement Department. Essential functions include coordinating database segmentation for appeals, assisting with grant applications, reconciling financial data with the Finance Team, and providing clerical support for departmental events. This role requires a high school degree, database experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to the mission of Cristo Rey Jesuit.
