Job Summary
Independently manage wound care patients across diverse settings while applying advanced therapies like allografting and low-frequency ultrasound to drive optimal healing. Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence through collaborative guidance. Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous quality improvement to shape best practices and advance patient outcomes across multiple states. Maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic, mobile environment. This role offers greater clinical autonomy for experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistors serving over 50,000 patients with non-invasive solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Valid license
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations
- Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
