Job Summary
Lead a team of Advanced Workflow Specialists to maximize sales revenue by delivering best-in-class demonstrations, application support, and product knowledge across life-sc sciences microscopy. Develop and enable the AWS team to support the sales force, accelerate customer onboarding, and drive positive customer advocacy. Produce market intelligence on trends, new applications, and competitive landscapes; contribute to targeted application notes; mentor and onboard new hires with immersion plans and coaching. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align strategy at the EMEA regional level, drive engagement, and foster an inclusive culture. This remote role covers the EMEA region with up to 50% travel; travel requirements and a valid driver's license are noted. The position emphasizes leadership, technical depth in microscopy and imaging, business development, and cross-functional teamwork within Leica/Danaher’s ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the field of Life Science microscopy
- Profound knowledge of 3D imaging solutions and Image analysis
- Experience in Biopharma and Biotech environments
- First-hand knowledge of applied microscopy solutions is a plus
- Sales talent and knowledge about sales or proven sales experience is a plus
- Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: ability to travel – 50%
