Job Summary
Lead and develop the Advanced Workflow Specialists team to maximize revenues across the EMEA region by delivering best-in-class demonstrations, application support, and product knowledge to Sales. Drive customer onboarding, market intelligence, and targeted scientific communications; translate regional strategy into actionable plans; mentor and integrate new hires through immersion and mentoring programs; collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture. Requires 4+ years of hands-on life science microscopy, strong 3D imaging and image-analysis expertise, experience in biopharma/biotech environments, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Remote work arrangement available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the field of Life Science microscopy
- Profound knowledge of 3D imaging solutions and Image analysis
- Experience in Biopharma and Biotech environments
- Knowledge of applied microscopy solutions (a plus)
- Sales experience or knowledge (a plus)
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Valid driver’s license
