Job Summary
Lead and scale the Advanced Traveler Escalations team within Expedia Group’s VRBO Escalations, overseeing a high-impact group that resolves our most complex traveler cases in real time with empathy, accountability, and care. Build and nurture a high-performing, diverse team; coach supervisors to grow as people leaders; establish and track KPIs/OKRs; collaborate across partner teams to optimize workflows and tools; translate frontline insights into smarter processes; champion traveler advocacy and trust; drive end-to-end resolution and exceptional service across multiple Expedia Group brands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent related professional experience
