Job Summary
Lead full-cycle mold manufacturing projects from quoting through delivery, including evaluating customer RFQs and developing accurate tooling quotations; coordinate cross-functional teams across machining, design, purchasing, and production; oversee CAD/CAM programming (vertical CNC mills) and inspection (CMM/manual); manage scheduling, routing, requisitions, and buyouts; serve as primary point of contact with customers and vendors; apply 5+ years of mold manufacturing or precision tooling experience, CAD/CAM programming, and ERP systems (Epicor or similar); demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, technical knowledge of machining, inspection, and project scheduling; degree from a technical school or equivalent hands-on experience; on-site role in Minneapolis–St. Paul, MN.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in mold manufacturing or precision tooling
- Experience with CAD/CAM programming and ERP systems (Epicor or similar)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Technical knowledge of machining, inspection, and project scheduling
- Degree from a technical school or equivalent hands-on experience
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
