Job Summary
Conduct over 300 thyroid and parathyroid operations, including reoperative cases, minimally invasive techniques, and surgery for non-localizing disease. Gain expertise in ultrasound, biopsy practices, and cancer management under mentorship from an expert with two decades of experience. Participate in broad Head & Neck Surgery exposure, covering major ablative cases, microvascular reconstructions, TOLMS/TORS, and endoscopic skullbase surgery based on interest. Assist at the VA or county hospital for specific cases and engage in resident education and limited research. Maintain limited call and clinic responsibilities to support board preparation. Requires ENT residency training, a California Medical License, and ENT privileges.
