Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, and Radiation Oncology departments; develop, implement, and maintain SOPs; ensure regulatory compliance and radiation safety; drive patient flow, scheduling, and throughput; lead quality improvement initiatives and outcomes tracking; manage departmental budgets and staffing; promote service-line growth, adopt new technologies, and support outreach to referring providers and the community.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT, CNMT, RT(T), or other relevant clinical certification preferred
- Leadership or healthcare management certification (ACHE, etc.) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree (or relevant years of experience) required; Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, or related field) preferred
- 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations preferred
