Job Summary
Lead Engineering and Technology projects to automate and optimize manufacturing processes by evaluating, testing, and scaling new grinding technologies and advanced manufacturing methods. Act as the primary contact for E&T sites to oversee onsite implementation, manage test pilots and KPIs, and support initiatives improving efficiency, cycle time, and machine uptime. Develop documentation, work instructions, and training programs while collaborating with vendors to research and design new methods. Convert data into actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and identify validated cost savings for automation and productivity enhancements across locations.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive CNC grinding and programming experience
- 5+ years preferred
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial) preferred

- Advanced tool manufacturing knowledge
- Process development, documentation, and implementation
- Project management
- Experience with Six Sigma Problem Solving Tools (i.e. DMAIC)
- Experience with modern manufacturing execution system
- Automation experience
