Job Summary
Advanced Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for recruiting for difficult-to-fill professional and management roles across the region (engineering, sales, corporate functions, etc.), ensuring diversity and inclusion alignment, administering the Applicant Tracking System, leading interview processes, determining salary offerings, and driving vendor relations and process improvements. Roles include partnering with managers, mentoring less experienced staff, guiding policy implementation, and managing projects related to talent acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, management, organizational management or related field
- 5-8 years of relevant recruiting experience
- Excellent knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent knowledge/understanding of recruiting best practices and industry trends
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and work cross-functionally
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Ability to train or transfer knowledge to less experienced professionals
- Strong continuous improvement mindset
