Job Summary

Advanced Systems Engineer to manage and improve tools and support structures used across R&D. You will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of requirements management and contribute to initiatives toward a more integrated PLM setup across the value chain. Collaborate with stakeholders across R&D, IT, and related functions to strengthen support structures and ensure tools and processes effectively support development activities. You will be part of a team of 15 System Engineers within the Radar Platforms department, contributing to meaningful tasks while developing your skills. Responsibilities include managing the R&D Tool List with cross-functional teams, managing finances and cost-out initiatives, establishing support structures for efficient tool use, fostering best-in-class ways of working with the Systems Engineering community, exploring additional use cases for tools (e.g., test management, hazard tracking), and assisting projects on data transfer (from Doors). Requirements include fluency in professional English; Danish is an advantage. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; experience in end-to-end product development; strong PLM knowledge; experience with digital engineering or IT solutions; knowledge of CAD, Systems Engineering, Software Development, Test Management, and Production Engineering; familiarity with tools like CodeBeamer, Windchill, Jenkins, and Git. The role is based in an international company with flexible working hours and the option to work from home up to two days per week; security-clearance eligibility is required and NATO/EU/MISWG residency expectations apply.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or another relevant technical field
  • Industrial experience in end-to-end product development involving hardware and software
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and PLM
  • Proven experience implementing and operating digital engineering or IT solutions in an industrial context
  • Working knowledge of core engineering domains such as CAD, Systems Engineering, Software Development, Test Management, and Production Engineering
  • Knowledge and experience with modern digital engineering tools, e.g., CodeBeamer, Windchill, Jenkins, and Git

Desired Qualifications
