Advanced Supply Chain Systems Specialist

Job Summary
Translate business requirements into system configurations for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, supporting fit-to-standard activities and ensuring alignment with the approved solution design. Coordinate with stakeholders, IT, and partners to execute system activities across demand, supply, production, materials management, and inventory control. Develop process documentation, support master data requirements, and lead system testing including CRP, SIT, and UAT. Manage pilot deployment, site readiness, and post-go-live stabilization while tracking risks and escalating issues. Identify improvement opportunities and support root cause analysis. This role is part of DENSO's Next Generation ERP transformation (NAVIS) to standardize supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain or related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience across Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Order Management)
- Experience with system testing (CRP, SIT, UAT), master data and process documentation
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) and supply chain processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work on complex, related issues
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured system and process solutions
- Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage tasks, risks, and issues within a structured project environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to follow defined processes, standards, and implementation methodologies
- Capable of working independently within assigned scope with minimal supervision
