Job Summary
Enterprise Sales Advanced Specialist responsible for driving revenue growth in ANZ by generating new business and expanding strategic accounts, selling HR/L&D technology and related solutions to C-suite level prospects in large organizations and government bodies. Role involves high-level negotiations, complex deal structuring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, operations) to align solutions with workforce transformation needs. Requires strong skills in strategic workforce planning, Human Capital Management, and HR transformation, along with a willingness to travel across APAC. Build relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, government agencies, and corporate training organizations; represent the company at industry events and contribute to multi-stakeholder deal solutioning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of strategic sales and/or sales engineering experience in education technology, data services, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the ANZ region.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Deep understanding of workforce planning, HR transformation, and organizational change.
- Willingness to travel extensively across APAC as needed
