Job Summary
Develop and execute customer-focused marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive growth and retention for Pearson's UK Vocational Marketing team. Define lead journeys, create nurturing tactics, and manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles from strategy through evaluation. Lead the planning and production of high-quality marketing content including sales presentations, white papers, and social posts while developing messaging frameworks aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to deliver Go-to-Market plans, brief internal and external specialists, and informally mentor marketing associates. Build strong customer insights by working directly with educators and analyzing market dynamics to optimize campaign effectiveness and share of voice.
