Job Summary
Manage shift-wise maintenance and operational activities for the assigned AMG, diagnosing equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Execute assigned work scopes within defined timelines while performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Own preventive maintenance planning for stitching machines, ensuring consistent schedule execution and adherence to IATF 16949 standards. Monitor MTTR and MTBF performance levels, close LOP and TPM tags within agreed timelines, and drive continuous improvement through 5S, Kaizen, and TPM initiatives. Requires 4–6 years of experience with PLCs (Omron, Mitsubishi) and hydraulics; willing to work in 3-shift operations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronics)
- 6–8 years for Diploma holders
- 4–6 years for Engineering graduates
- Strong knowledge of Electrical systems
- Hands-on experience with PLCs (Omron, Mitsubishi)
- Exposure to hydraulics and pneumatics
- Team player with strong individual ownership
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Kannada, English, Hindi
- Willingness to work in 3-shift operations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in PLC-based maintenance systems is essential
