Job Summary
Faculty Advisor for Nursing and Health Professions within Pearson's North America Higher Education Customer Success Organization, partnering with course-level administrators to advise on integration of Pearson digital products, curriculum mapping, and implementation to support teaching and learning goals. Responsibilities include advising on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies for MyLab Nursing and Health Professions courses; creating department-specific training resources (videos, guides, live and recorded webinars); guiding implementation of new innovations; collaborating with product and sales teams on campaigns and enablement; producing written documentation of recommendations and course design evolution using defined success metrics; and traveling to conduct face-to-face trainings and attend conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in assigned discipline area is required
- RN is required
- At least 5 years of full-time teaching experience at the collegiate level, or comparable
- Power-user experience with learning software; Pearson MyLab and eTexts preferred
- Experience with other Health Professions, such as Medical Technology, Medical Terminology, Medical Assistance, and Health Records Management and Coding a plus
- Online teaching experience preferred
- LMS Experience preferred
- Experience presenting at conferences, department meetings, and events
