Job Summary
Join PEARCE as an Advanced Solar Field Service Technician to perform operations and maintenance at solar energy sites, ensuring reliable power plant functionality while adhering to safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in Commercial/Industrial operations and maintenance (O&M) on solar power plants
- Preventative Maintenance experience on Solar Utility equipment
- Strong safety background with experience in Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
- Must live within approximately 50 miles of the Pueblo, Colorado areas
Desired Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and electrical experience with troubleshooting and installation skills
- Specific solar experience with Inverters, Tracker Systems, or Sub-Stations Equipment (TMEIC/SMA/Sungrow/Nextracker/ATI, etc.)
- Ability to train, mentor, and develop laborers into Apprentices
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must be able to comply with OSHA Standards
