Job Summary
Advanced Solar Field Service Technician (Operations and Maintenance) performing O&M and preventative/corrective maintenance on solar power plants near Ridgely, TN. Responsibilities include documenting work orders and logs, troubleshooting electrical components with digital meters and related tools, testing solar equipment, and maintaining safety via LOTO and JHA. Must be able to work solo or in a group, operate a vehicle per safety guidelines, and lift up to 50 pounds. Travel up to 25% and weekend/on-call availability may be required. Mentoring and training of laborers into Apprentices is encouraged. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience with inverters, tracker systems, or sub-station equipment is preferred.
