Job Summary
Conduct mobile patrols using company vehicles to deter crime and secure doors, gates, and entry points across retail stores, apartment complexes, and businesses in Wake County and Durham County. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms while maintaining a visible presence to ensure property and resident safety. Document and report all shift activities, incidents, and client needs to the Branch Supervisor, and manage assigned equipment including fueling, washing, and inspections. Maintain professional relationships with clients and residents while adhering to rotating 3-2-2 schedules from 7pm to 7am.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable means of communication
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass a background check
- Possess a North Carolina Guard Card
- Weekend shifts
- Overnight Shifts
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Strong Observation skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions in stressful situations
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
Desired Qualifications
- Prior military, law enforcement, security, or customer service experience
- CPR/First Aid Certification
