Job Summary
Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffold systems while working safely within a live industrial environment. Adhere to site safety procedures and support shutdown and maintenance activities. Leading Hands will lead scaffold crews, coordinate daily work activities, and mentor team members. Liaise with supervisors, planners, and project stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Candidates must reside within 30km of Lytton, QLD, as no FIFO or accommodation is provided. Join EnerMech to contribute to the AMPOL Refinery Project with a focus on operational excellence and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Scaffolding Licence
- Construction Industry White Card
- Current Working at Heights certification
- Current Confined Space certification
- Previous experience in heavy industrial, oil & gas, refinery, mining or petrochemical environments
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to pass site medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Australian working rights
- Proven supervisory or leading hand experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage crews and meet project schedules
- Reside within approximately 30km of Lytton, QLD
Desired Qualifications
- Current Confined Space certification (highly regarded)
