Job Summary
The Advanced Residential Instructor is responsible for encouraging positive relationship building and promoting independence among individuals. Key responsibilities include providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, meal preparation, and transportation to community activities. The position requires participation in on-call rotations and necessitates compliance with applicable certification in CPR/First Aid. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have basic computer skills, and be able to lift 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Valid State of Michigan driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to pass background checks as applicable
- Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
- Possess basic computer skills
