Job Summary
Advanced Residential Instructor (ARI) provides direct support, supervision, and person-centered care within residential programs. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities (ADLs), personal care, medications, supporting community outings and transportation, building positive relationships, encouraging independence, and maintaining a safe, structured environment. Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, team-oriented with strong communication skills, adaptable, patient, and resilient, and possess a person-centered mindset with respect for individual differences.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
