Job Summary
Support development, optimization, and technology transfer of protein purification procedures for recombinant proteins expressed in E. coli for Bio-Techne’s GMP production facility. Set up and conduct experiments to advance new product development, document results, and prepare reports. Write purification protocols for recombinant proteins and collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and training procedures. Participate in transferring and scaling developed procedures and assist with Design Control documents within the Quality Management System. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of lab experience; experience with Akta chromatography systems and tangential flow filtration is preferred. The role offers a target annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, with a Minneapolis, MN-based work location.
