Job Summary
The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) provides medical services to patients, performing assessments, interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and ensuring continuity of care under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer.
Required Qualifications
- Active Unrestricted Kentucky Medical or Nursing License
- Current training in basic life support (CPR)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters of Physician Assistant Studies or Masters of Nursing degree from an accredited school
Additional Requirements
- Requires full range of body motion including manual and finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination
- Requires sitting, standing and walking for extensive periods of time
- Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours
- Requires frequent exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, toxic substances, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a clinic environment
