Job Summary
Provide intensive 1:1 therapy and support to the clinical team, including training and data collection for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Substitute for or lead group skills as needed, while completing weekly treatment integrity checks and managing support staff shifts. Train therapists on individual treatment plans, behavior plans, and task lists, and conduct competency checks to ensure quality services. Assist with assessments, prepping new client supplies, and managing paperwork and data collection. Maintain the Registered Behavior Technician credentialing and attend all required training certifications. Build rapport with clients and families to achieve positive outcomes while demonstrating creativity in service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential for minimum of 1 year
- Experience providing direct 1:1 therapy sessions
- Experience implementing all skill acquisition programs & maintenance programs
- Accurate data collection
- Implementing all behavior protocols & FBA/BIPs as provided
- Knowledge of basic functions of behavior
- Knowledge of data collection procedures
Desired Qualifications
- College degree (preferred but not required)
- Flexible, creative, & possessing excellent time management skills
- Leadership experience & skills demonstrated
