Job Summary
Define and communicate Customer Quality requirements, milestones, and approval criteria while ensuring alignment with program plans. Lead APQP and PPAP activities, managing quality risks and ensuring timely delivery and compliance. Develop and execute the Quality Assurance Plan, driving APQP integration through reviews, training, and key deliverables like FMEA and Control Plans. Act as the key Quality interface within the project team and with the Customer, ensuring documentation control, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Incorporate lessons learned into project designs and report issues to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or operations field
- At least 5 years of experience in APQP product launch teams
- Equivalent experience to the above
- Strong knowledge of advanced planning systems
- Strong knowledge of APQP
- Strong knowledge of global manufacturing project environments
- Proficiency in statistical methods
- Awareness of financial and operational impacts
- Skill in Microsoft Office
